Shipping policy

All parts and accessories will be shipped out within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified. Parts that we manufacture will be shipped out directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Below are the shipping options we offer:

Expedited Shipping:

Average transit times are 5-8 working days during holiday seasons there are frequently delays of a few days. 

US Customers: Per new US customs regulations implemented on August 28 2025 we generally unable to ship packages directly via our standard courier channels. Orders will be routed through a US transit location for processing. Shipping times generally range from 8-12 working days. Tracking is limited until the parcel has been handed over to a local carrier for last mile delivery. If you have any questions please contact our customer support. 

Express Shipping:

Shipped with Fedex UPS or DHL：Average transit times are 3-5 working days.
